Letting rates for self-catering holidays at Baker's Cottage in 2012Our usual weekly changeover day is Friday and short breaks generally start or finish on a Friday (except for Good Friday). Here are our rates for holiday lets starting on Fridays in 2012:
This list doesn't include weeks that are already booked at the time of writing. Please check our availability calendar for more details. You can book holidays from 3 nights up to 2 weeks long. Please contact us for rates for other lengths of stays; stays that don't start or finish on a Friday or if you have particular dates in mind. No hidden extrasWe will quote you one price which includes electricity, bed linen and towels for up to four people. There are no additional booking fees. We also provide a welcome basket with fresh bread, coffee, tea and biscuits as well as milk and butter in the fridge to help our guests unwind after their journey. Two week bookings include a change of bed linen and towels as well as a mid stay clean. Holiday insuranceIn common with most UK private holiday home owners we do not provide cancellation insurance and we recommend that guests arrange their own insurance if they do not already have cover in place. Bearing in mind the recent disruption caused by snow we would suggest a policy that covers 'inability to reach the holiday destination due to adverse weather conditions' such as the one provided by J. L. Morris who provide cover to UK residents holidaying in the UK. If you already have holiday insurance please check your policy carefully as adverse weather condition cover for UK residents often only applies to overseas trips.
